LV Infinity Wealth provides digital financial services, software solutions, API integrations, onboarding services, merchant services, and related technology products.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

Important: All payments made for activation, onboarding, software licensing, API services, platform access, and related digital services are final and non-refundable unless expressly approved by LV Infinity Wealth.

Service Activation

Once a service, software, API, merchant account, user ID, dashboard access, or any digital product has been activated, configured, delivered, or access credentials have been issued, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If a customer chooses to discontinue, cancel, or stop using any service after activation, no refund, whether partial or full, shall be issued.

KYC & Compliance Rejection

No refund will be provided if service activation is delayed, rejected, suspended, or terminated due to:

Third-Party Services

LV Infinity Wealth may utilize third-party banking, payment gateway, verification, and technology service providers. Any charges paid towards such third-party services are non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of LV Infinity Wealth management. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
